CBI is a co-owner and co-developer of Argonaut, a cultural e-learning tool which features a cultural workstyle assessment, a library of 65 cultures and interactive games and tutorials. We train others to use the tool creatively and with confidence to enhance their own training/coaching/consulting practices.
Training includes:
- Understanding Argonaut’s features and its value to an organisation, teams and/or individual employees
- How to use the content as a learning platform
- How to coach with Argonaut
- What the next steps should be to introduce the tool into your organization
