Caroline Beery is co-founder of Coghill & Beery International whose aim is to help individuals, teams and organizations build capacity for success in their global operations. For the past 12 years, Caroline has lead the Coghill & Beery team while training and consulting with hundreds of individuals in internationally challenging assignments. With Myers Briggs training, a background in 360-degree survey-feedback, and extensive cross-cultural experience, she brings a deep understanding of the role of personality and the impact of culture in interpersonal, team and organizational dynamics. Though consulting and training are her main focus, she continues to teach an undergraduate International Management course and presents at international conferences, most recently in US, UK, France, Germany and Norway.

Caroline is a co-creator of ArgonautOnline, a comprehensive cultural assessment and learning system offering in-depth information about 55 cultures, simulations and e-learning tutorials.

Caroline holds a degree in History from Smith College in Massachusetts where she has served on the Board of the Alumnae Association and on special committees for the Board of Trustees. She is a certified Myers-Briggs trained consultant and coach, and she has completed studies in intercultural management at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication in Portland, Oregon. She is currently completing advanced coaching certification with Advantara, a specialist institute for global executive coaching training.  She is a member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) Europa.

An American by birth, Caroline lived and worked in Tokyo before moving to London with her husband and two daughters. If she could clone herself, she would teach Pilates while still doing what she loves doing: facilitating intercultural awareness and problem solving across cultures.
