David Trickey is a seasoned trainer and consultant in the area of intercultural management.  A founding partner of TCO International Diversity Management, He has lived in Italy for over 10 years, working as the project leader for intercultural training and consultancy in Benetton, Generali, ENI Group, Fiat, Zanussi-Electrolux, Le Poste Italiane and Finmeccanica. He has over 15 years of experience in helping professionals to manage cultural diversity.
He has also been responsible for intercultural management seminars in Italian business schools (SADA, MIB, Profingest, Stoà) lecturing and facilitating in Italian as well as his native English. Outside Italy he has held seminars in international communication skills for McKinsey and Co. Inc, and Bertelsmann in Germany, for Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in France, for Marks & Spencer in Spain, for Diacel Chemical Industries in Japan. He is at present working with the Airbus partners, focusing on developing greater synergy out of the diverse cultures represented.

Telecom Italia has chosen David Trickey as the project leader to develop a range of cross-cultural management programmes for its junior, middle and senior management. This has included the development of video material to illustrate cultural diversity in multi-cultural teams as well as the specification of competencies required for managing in an international context. Other video productions under his direction have included cross-functional teamwork and project management for the aerospace industry.
