Isabelle Demangeat is an intercultural consultant with extensive experience in cross-cultural processes and development.   After several years working in-house in firms in Switzerland and Germany, she
started her own consultancy  working as a French trainer in Germany on topics including communication, conflict resolution and assertiveness skills.  Since 1993, she has deepened and broadened her interests and her practice to facilitate organisational development interventions focusing on development processes within teams and organisations.

Isabelle’s areas of specialisation are transnational (Europeans and Europeans and Indians working together) teambuilding and organisation development, particularly the development of spin-offs, trans-European collaborative work processes, and the internationalisation of HR programs. She also coaches corporate leaders and top executives. 
Isabelle serves multi-national clients in Europe and in India.

Isabelle‘s family roots are Italian, though she grew up in France and spent the majority of her education and professional life in Germany.  Several of her professional years have taken place in the German and French parts of Switzerland.  For the last five years, Isabelle has had a personal and professional interest in India, and has begun studying Hindi.  She is a French and German native speaker and has good working capability in Italian and English.
