Kate Berardo is a consultant and trainer who specializes in global skill building, leadership development, and diverse teams. She helps individuals to work effectively internationally and organizations to solve complex cultural challenges. Her training experience spans ten countries and has involved working at all levels, from staff to senior executives, with individuals from over thirty-five nations. Her work has been the subject of media worldwide, including CNN's Business Traveler and the Dubai daily Gulf News.
Kate holds a distinguished Masters in Intercultural Communication from the University of Bedfordshire, UK and is a summa cum laude graduate of Northwestern University in the US. She is the co-author of Putting Diversity to Work: How to Successfully Lead a Diverse Workforce and Cultural Detective® Self-Discovery. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and Argonaut Online™ and is an active committee member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research in Europe.
Aside from consulting and training, Kate also teaches university international business management courses and develops educational curriculum. She sits on multiple advisory boards and is involved in research and development of effective training methods and tools. She is a frequent writer, workshop presenter and speaker at international conferences.
