Priya Adhikari Licht is a consultant and trainer with Coghill & Beery, specialising in India-related projects. Until 2003 Priya served as an HR manager for Sapient Corporation working in New Delhi, London and Cambridge, Massachusetts. She set up the HR function for the offshore development facility in New Delhi, creating and integrating all the HR processes. Prior to her HR management role, she held various positions within Sapient in People Strategy, recruitment, and hiring in the US, India and London.

Priya completed her Masters Degree in International Business Relations and International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, at Tufts University in Boston. She holds an undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.
In addition to her native languages of Bengali and English, she is fluent in Hindi and has a high level of French.
She is currently living in Boston with her husband and two children.
