Sreemathi Ramnath, a native of Chennai, India, has over 20 years experience in the field of education and training. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering programmes in the area of cross-cultural communications and management. She collaborates with Coghill & Beery on Argonaut-related projects and India specific trainings through Immer Besser, a cross-cultural consultancy service based in India, which she founded and is principal consultant.

A graduate of the University of Madras, Sreemathi is a trained German Language Teacher by the Goethe Institute, with special focus on adult learning techniques, training didactics and intercultural communication. For the Goethe-Institute she co-authored a book on curriculum & teaching techniques for "Adults Learning German as Foreign language" which was prescribed as a broad guideline for senior level courses in all Goethe Institutes in the countries of South Asia.
She is member of the professional body of inter-culturalists, SIETAR Europa, and contributing Editor of the International Management Journal published by ICFAI Business School, Chennai

Sreemathi has long years of experience in the field of media having contributed articles to the newspapers and anchored Programmes on Indian Televison. She is a writer and commentary speaker on the Panel of Films Division of India.
Sreemathi’s love for languages and her talent are reflected in the fact that she is fluent in English and German equally amongst foreign languages and Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Gujarati amongst Indian Languages. Her training languages are English and German.

Sreemathi is licensed to use ArgonautOnline, an online cultural assessment and comprehensive learning system, and “The International Profiler”, a tool to assess the international skills of managers.
