MBTI®
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality inventory provides a useful method for understanding preferences among individuals. It examines eight preferences which everyone uses at different times. These individual preferences combine to form a Myers-Briggs Type. Different types have different communication and working styles, which inform relationships among people and across cultures.
