360⁰ Feedback
Leadership behaviours and practices become ‘real’ when others observe and experience them. Our online 360° feedback tool is an easy-to-use means for recording these behaviours, typically from a person’s boss, peers’ and subordinates’ perceptions.
The 360° feedback process allows us to understand how others see us and provides insight into those areas which represent our greatest potential for development.
