TIP (THE INTERNATIONAL PROFILER)
The International Profiler is a questionnaire and feedback tool that helps managers and professionals understand where they put their energy, enthusiasm and emphasis when working internationally. CBI partners have been trained and licensed to use TIP to help their clients develop their intercultural competencies.
The feedback report, linked to the Development Resources Manual, enables an individual to plan and implement a practical development plan to work most effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
